Rules

All riders (bikes,quads) must wear protective gear:

• Helmet w/goggles
• Boots
• Chest protector
• Gloves.

 
Riders under 18 yrs. must have a parent or legal guardian with them at the track.
The parent or legal guardian must register ,with the rider present and fill out the required paperwork.
The parent or legal guardian must also stay at the track until the minor rider is done riding for the day/night. (a friend’s parent or aunt/uncle is NOT your guardian)
If,a parent cannot come to the track with there minor rider on a given day,they can assign another adult as guardian for the day. The parent or LEGAL GUARDIAN must write a letter and have it notarized,no exceptions!
 
Sample letter:
I assign and authorize ___________(name of guardian for the day) to be my son/daughter______________ (name of your child) legal guardian on ____(full date)while he/she practices and/or races motocross at MX 131. I also assign and authorize __________________( name of guardian for the day) to complete all required paperwork and sign as ______________(child’s name) legal guardian,and I authorize _________________(name of guardian for the day) to give Emergency medical consent for _____________(child’s name) if necessary.
 
Note: you will need to show a Photo ID or have proof of whom you are to the notary.
 
Do not Pre-sign this letter,the notary needs to WITNESS YOU SIGNING IT!!
 
Most banks/Credit Union’s have a notary available,usually free of charge.
